Returns And Exchanges
We want you to love your Sherah product as much as we love making them but understand that things don't always go according to plan.
Unfortunately because all of our garments are custom-made to measure we are unable to offer refunds returns unless the item is damaged or defective.

Please note that our other items which are not made to order can be exchanged or returned if eligible.
If eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
Please note that we also do not accept products that are intimate including underwear, earrings or masks (for health/hygiene reasons).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, please first check your bank account again.
Then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted depending on the credit card company.
Next please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted depending on your bank.

Exchanges
Due to our garments being made to order/measure we can only replace them if they are defective or damaged. We aim to ensure that we only send out items in the best conditions but we know that life happens.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Hello@sherah.online.

Shipping
To return your product, please send us an email at hello@sherah.online for our return address
Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We are also currently unable to refund shipping cost. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will however endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
